Formula Drift – New Jersey – Thursday Practice

After meeting up with Formula Drift Chief Steward Randy at Newark Airport this morning we headed to Wall Speedway track to check out the action of the Thursday Practice…

The Track was dry but we had on/off drizzles – Check out the Photos:

Event REMINDER: NEW JERSEY

We are expecting some rain tomorrow (Friday), but we will run the event as scheduled as we are a rain or shine event. The good news is Saturday will be sunny and dry. Come join the fun one day or both!

As I’m going through all my photo equipment and packing up every single cable, charger, lens, memory cards, etc – I was thinking of one of the most exciting track of the season – Wall, Speedway in New Jersey; And I’m Happy that we are going to be visiting this track during the 2009 Formula Drift season because this track has a fast entry speed onto a Bank as steep as Irwindale Speedway.

Last time Formula Drift was at Wall Speedway was in Sept 2007 and I was there to capture the whole weekend. check it out:

Formula D – ATL Autograph Session 35mm

During the Formula Drift Atlanta event I was able to shoot a roll of film with my Canon EOS Elan 7. I didn’t get to take pictures of drifting because the film ISO was to high and the max shutter speed of the camera is 1/4000 sec. – I was able to capture the autograph session on Friday afternoon.
